Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role Description
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRMS.
Process employee data updates, changes, and corrections to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide instant feedback and clarifications regarding employee records to relevant stakeholders (HR Administrator, HR Representatives, etc.).
- Monitor and track HR-related activities across Saudi governmental portals, including Muqeem, GOSI, MOL, Qiwa, and medical insurance platforms (data inputs will be provided by the HR Administrator).
- Ensure timely and accurate alignment of employee records with government platforms to remain compliant with Saudi regulations.
- Maintain a record of all HR obligations, including contract authentication, location assignment, profession corrections, self-assessments, training disclosures, and related compliance activities.
- Monitor regulatory updates and ensure HR processes are adjusted accordingly.
- Track Saudization and localization requirements across subsidiaries.
- Prepare and share weekly compliance reports with company management regarding Saudization progress and targets.
- Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team regarding visa issuance, transfers, and sponsorship changes for employees across subsidiaries.
- Ensure employee transfers and visa-related documentation are tracked and processed in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and tracking of employees residency-related documents including:
1- Iqama expiry dates.
2- Passport expiry dates.
3- Exit/re-entry visa statuses.
4- Medical insurance validity.
5- Provide proactive alerts and reports on upcoming expirations to avoid compliance risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4 6 years of HR operations/HR controlling experience, with exposure to Saudi labor law and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, Muqeem, and other KSA HR systems.
- Experience with HRMS MenaME.
- Solid experience in HR operations.
- Certification in HR is an advantage.
