Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee records, including attendance, sick leaves, annual leaves, and absences.
  • Prepare and manage overtime records.
  • Screen applications, conduct reference checks, and schedule interviews.
  • Prepare and manage the onboarding process for all new employees.
  • Complete NSSF and Ministry of Finance documentation.
  • Manage the distribution and tracking of employee uniforms.
  • Support employee relations by assisting staff with their daily requests.

Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (English and Arabic).
  • 2 3 years of relevant experience in HR.
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HR policies and procedures (Lebanese Labor Law).
  • Good organizing and time management skills.

Desired Candidate Profile
