Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1-Preparing Monthly Allowances & overtime.
2-preparing HR letters, memos & all employment paperwork
3-Updating personal database.
4-Record the vacations & excuses
5-Filing employee s files
6-Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
7-Hands-on Social insurance form 1, 2 & 6.
8-Hands-on Medical Insurance

Job Conditions :
1- Location : Head Office (New Cairo).
2- Days Off: Friday with 2 Saturday / month
3- Working Hours : 9:00 AM- 4:00 PM
3- Medical & Social & Life Insurance.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-Bachelor degree in any field related to the requirements.
2-from 1 : 3 years of experience
3-Preferred experience in Wood Works Factory
4-Basic Knowledge of Labor Law.
5-Very Good English skills.
6-Very Good with MS Office
