Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities:
  • Support in sourcing and screening candidates through different channels.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Participate in employer branding activities and internal communication campaigns.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team in day-to-day operations.
  • The intern will learn:
  • End-to-end recruitment process and candidate management.
  • How to use recruitment and HR systems (e.g., ATS platforms, databases).
  • Professional communication and interview coordination skills.
  • Insights into employer branding and HR operations.
  • How to work within a corporate HR environment and collaborate across teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree or undergraduate student in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Availability to commit for 3 6 months starting from 1/11/2025.
