Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The HR coordinator is responsible for the administrative management of personnel and support for human resources activities.
He/She ensures the monitoring and updating of employees' administrative files, participates in recruitment, and ensures compliance with applicable standards and procedures.
General and specific objectives of the position:
- Ensure the administrative management of personnel in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Maintain up-to-date employee administrative files and guarantee the confidentiality of information.
- to prepare administrative documents such as work certificates, salary certificates, etc.
- Monitor staff contracts and salary advances.
- Actively participate in the recruitment and staff selection process.
- To monitor the company's HR correspondence and manage the files of interns.
- Coordinate medical visits for company staff.
Formation:
- Training in human resources management, administration or related field.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards (an asset).
Exp rience:
- Prior experience in a similar position (an asset).
