Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Responsibilities:

Manage the full employee lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, contracts, and exits).

Maintain accurate and organized employee records.

Monitor attendance, leaves, and discipline policies.

Prepare and follow up on payroll data, commissions, deductions, and incentives.

Develop and implement HR policies, internal regulations, and procedures.

Handle employee relations and support management with HR decisions.

Coordinate with management regarding manpower planning and performance follow-up.

Training & Development Responsibilities:

Act as an internal Corporate Trainer for company employees.

Design and deliver training programs (sales skills, work discipline, customer service, internal systems).

Conduct onboarding training for new hires.

Assess training needs and measure training effectiveness.

Support performance improvement through coaching and follow-up sessions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 3 5 years of experience in Human Resources.

Previous experience in SMEs (Small or Medium-sized companies) is highly preferred.

Proven experience in delivering internal training or employee development programs.

Experience in sales or operational environments is a strong plus

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to train, coach, and motivate employees.

Good knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR documentation
