Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders.
- Analyze the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with HR teams to gather data, understand business needs, and translate them into actionable HR solutions.
- Manage and maintain HR data integrity, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Develop and deliver presentations, training materials, and reports to communicate HR data insights to various audiences.
- Stay up-to-date with HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and inform HR strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Demonstrates proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify key insights.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Has a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Possesses experience with HRIS systems and data management.
