Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain impactful dashboards and KPIs in Power BI across HR functions.
  • Translate complex HR data into actionable insights for management.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to meet evolving business needs.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations to communicate trends and recommendations.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of HR data.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Power BI development, preferably in HR or People Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience tracking HR metrics and using data to forecast trends.
