Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting to the General Management, you will define and deploy the overall HR strategy in line with the Group's development ambitions. You will act as a true "Business Partner" to structure the organization, harmonize practices and support industrial performance.
Your responsibilities revolve around 4 major areas:
1. Managing Transformation & Organization
-
Supporting the evolution of the organization (creation of new entities, subsidiaries) and adapting human structures accordingly.

Leading change among managers and teams to establish a culture of performance and agility.

Oversee the harmonization of HR processes and management tools across the Group.
2. Development of Human Capital
-
Structuring a Talent Management policy (Recruitment, Onboarding, Training) adapted to technical and industrial professions.

Implement workforce planning and internal mobility schemes to anticipate skills needs.

To deploy objective and equitable performance evaluation and management systems.
3. Social Relations & Climate
-
To foster a constructive and regular social dialogue with social partners.

To ensure the maintenance of a calm social climate, particularly on operational sites, by promoting a policy of proximity.

Ensure legal and regulatory compliance of all HR practices (Labour Code, Hygiene & Safety).
4. Operational Excellence in HR
-
Oversee personnel administration and payroll to ensure total data reliability.

Manage HR performance indicators (Social, Budget, Staffing) via structured reporting to inform management decisions.
- Oversee employee services and the work environment to ensure business continuity.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bac+5 in Human Resources, Law or Management.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, including significant experience in the industrial, construction, or logistics sectors . You must have supported a company through a structuring or transformation phase.
Skills:
- Master's degree in social engineering and Moroccan labor law.
- Ability to structure processes and manage cross-functional projects.
- Proficient with HRIS tools and data-driven management.
Personality: Assertive leadership, pragmatism, results-oriented and excellent interpersonal skills to navigate between Headquarters and the field.
Languages: Fluent French and Arabic/Darija essential.
