Job Description

An HR Executive plays a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the human resources operations of an organization. This professional is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. HR Executives foster a positive working environment through effective employee management, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. They play a key role in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and retention strategies. Additionally, they act as a bridge between the management and employees, facilitating communication and resolving workplace conflicts. The HR Executive is crucial in driving the company's vision and mission through well-executed HR practices.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent effectively.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs for staff development.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and maintain appropriate records.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program for employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
  • Foster a positive working environment by organizing team-building activities and events.
  • Advise department managers on organizational policy matters, such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment.
  • Handle general administrative duties and ensure HR reporting and administration is conducted professionally.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Proven working experience as HR Executive or in a similar HR leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse employee relations.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills to drive HR initiatives.
  • Experience with HR software and HR metrics to support data-driven decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills to balance multiple priorities effectively.
