Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation
  • Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company HR policies
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and prepare monthly reports for payroll
  • Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and medicals
  • Manage employee grievances and disciplinary issues professionally
  • Assist in performance appraisals, training coordination, and HR events
  • Ensure proper offboarding and final settlement process
  • Support audit and documentation requirements as per ISO or HR standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–4 years of HR experience in a similar industry (UAE experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and WPS
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/ERP systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure
