Roles & Responsibilities
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a passion for Human Resources and Hospitality to contribute to a dynamic and service-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain HR documentation and assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies
- Coordinate training programs and support performance management processes
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in Hospitality HR (preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with UAE labor law and HR systems
