Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee files.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies.
- Organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Address employee concerns and handle HR-related issues professionally.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information.

Requirements:
