Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business goals, ensuring a proactive approach to talent management.
  • Design and execute employee onboarding programs that foster engagement and retention from day one.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems that promote continuous feedback and development for employees at all levels.
  • Facilitate training and development initiatives, identifying skill gaps and providing resources for career growth.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, keeping the organization updated on legal changes affecting employment.
  • Conduct employee surveys and analyze data to assess engagement levels, implementing strategies to enhance workplace satisfaction.
  • Act as a mediation point for conflict resolution, utilizing strong interpersonal skills to maintain a harmonious workplace.
  • Monitor HR metrics to drive improvements in recruitment, retention, and overall employee performance.
  • Cultivate a positive workplace culture that reflects the organization’s values and promotes diversity and inclusion.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and growth.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) to validate expertise and commitment to the field.
  • Experience in a specific industry relevant to the organization, such as technology, finance, or healthcare.
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus to cater to a diverse workforce.
