Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead recruitment efforts, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, ensuring a seamless hiring process for urgent staffing needs.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues, acting as a trusted advisor to both employees and management to foster a positive work environment.
  • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires quickly integrate into the company culture and have the resources they need to succeed.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance while attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with legal requirements and company objectives.
  • Conduct performance management reviews, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for employee development to drive performance.
  • Manage employee data and records with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop workforce plans aligned with business goals, especially for urgent requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices, proactively recommending improvements to HR processes and policies.
  • Handle employee terminations and exit interviews, ensuring a professional and compliant process.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Exhibits a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience (industrial or camp-based preferred)
  • Proficient in English and Hindi. Arabic is a big plus.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor law is an advantage
