Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for outsourced roles
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Support payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and client-specific requirements
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to outsourcing operations
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees
- Handle performance management processes, including appraisals and disciplinary actions
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review
- Assist in client communication regarding staffing and HR-related matters
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 5 years of HR experience, preferably in outsourcing, staffing, or service-based industries
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple clients/accounts and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
- Payroll

- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
