Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle management
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HRIS data
Coordinate visa processing, labor cards, and PRO-related activities
Support payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance tracking
Address employee grievances and support performance management processes
Assist in developing HR policies and procedures
Coordinate training and development initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in the construction industry (mandatory)
Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and visa processes
Experience handling white-collar & blue-collar workforce is essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
