Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Administer and coordinate day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive workplace environment.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in HR databases and systems.
Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth and compliance with company standards.
Manage attendance, leave requests, and timekeeping records in accordance with company policies.
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as absences, bonuses, and leaves.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for management review.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of proven experience in a human resources role, preferably as an HR Generalist.
Familiarity with HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office environment.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
