Talent 360 is Hiring Hr Generalist Experience in Tec Industry Junior to Med level - not a senior level Full time on site - Sheikh Zayed Fluent English is a must 5 working days / 8 hours
The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in implementing and managing HR policies, facilitating the administration of employee benefits, and providing day-to-day operational support. In this role, the HR Generalist will ensure compliance with HR regulations, oversee HR management activities, and address employee concerns. The role also includes supporting the design and execution of people-first HR strategies to enhance workplace engagement
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2 years of HR experience
- Business or related degree
- Solid HR labor law knowledge
- Fluent English is a must
