You will handle end-to-end recruitment processes, support employee relations and day-to-day HR operations, and contribute to building a positive and productive work environment across all departments.

Desired Candidate Profile
2 4 years of experience in HR including recruitment, employee relations, and core HR operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities without things falling through the cracks.
- A proactive approach: you identify issues before they become problems and act accordingly.
- Solid understanding of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices is a plus.
