Roles & Responsibilities

Managing Full recruitment processes -Handling employee relations -Assisting with OD initiatives -Coordinating employee development & performance cycles -Conducting new hire orientations -Maintaining HR records & generating HR reports -Handle personnel operations and employee records -Support payroll preparation and coordination

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2 3 years of experience in HR
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and Egyptian labor law
  • Excellent command of English (spoken & written) Is a Must
