Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes: posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical.
- Support payroll processing by collecting attendance, leave records, and other relevant information.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Support HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in F&B Industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good knowledge of NSSF, HR practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software is a plus.
