Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes: posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical.
  • Support payroll processing by collecting attendance, leave records, and other relevant information.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Support HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in F&B Industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good knowledge of NSSF, HR practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software is a plus.
