Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You will be an integral part of the HR team, supporting key people initiatives and contributing to the employee experience across the organization.
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities for interns, graduates, and experienced hires
- Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, learning sessions, and HR events
- Support HR operations including employee documentation, contracts, and database management
- Collect and analyze HR data and insights to support decision-making and reporting
- Contribute to talent development and employer branding initiatives
- Collaborate with different departments to support business and people priorities
- Assist in implementing HR projects and initiatives across multiple functions
Desired Candidate Profile
You must be in your final year of university or a fresh graduate (less than 2 years)
- Confident in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate an ability to work in a multicultural and multi-functional environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines
- Passionate about people, talent development, and organizational culture
- Fluent in English and Arabic languages
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Available for a full-time 9 12 months assignment
