Your Impact

As an HR Intern, you ll play an important role in supporting the HR team to create exceptional employee and intern experiences. From coordinating training sessions to building connections with universities, your contributions will help shape the future of talent at CHANEL. Your Main Responsibilities

Training Coordination


  • Assist the HRBP in deploying the training plan by preparing participant lists, tracking attendance, and generating reports.
  • Support administrative tasks such as booking venues, coordinating with external trainers, and ensuring flawless execution of training sessions.
  • Collaborate with boutique administration teams across the UAE to align and communicate training schedules.


Internship Program Support


  • Manage the Internship Program life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to organizing engagement activities and maintaining a strong intern community.
  • Assist in creating a welcoming and enriching environment for interns, ensuring they feel supported during their journey at CHANEL.


University Partnerships and Events


  • Work with the HRBP to strengthen relationships with universities and position CHANEL as a top employer for students.
  • Assist in organizing campus events, career fairs, and other initiatives with academic institutions.


General HR Support


  • Communicate confidently with internal teams across retail and head office to provide support and handle inquiries.
  • Contribute to projects that enhance the overall employee and intern experience, sharing fresh perspectives and ideas.

Requirements


  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest and previous experience in training coordination, recruitment, and people development.
  • Proficiency in Excel (knowledge of VLOOKUP and PivotTables is a plus).
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • A self-starter who is eager to take initiative and support various HR projects
