Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor the HR team, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Conduct regular team meetings to align on priorities and address challenges.
HR Operations & Administration
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HRIS systems.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor regulations.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues fairly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Promote a positive work culture aligned with company values.
Performance Management & Development
- Support managers in performance appraisal processes and talent development initiatives.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
- Track HR metrics and prepare reports for management review.
Policy & Compliance
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and communicated effectively.
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and organizational regulations.
- Lead HR audits and process improvement initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
