Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Purpose :
- Handle day-to-day HR operations efficiently and professionally.
- Prepare employment contracts and documents in accordance with Egyptian Labor Law.
- Manage social insurance registration and employee files. - Support legal documentation and coordinate with governmental authorities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Egyptian laws.
- Provide administrative and legal support to management.
Key Responsibilities :
Human Resources Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Post job advertisements on local job platforms.
- Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and schedule final interviews.
- Prepare job offers and coordinate hiring procedures.
- Collect required hiring documents and create employee files.
Contracts & Documentation
- Prepare and update employment contracts according to Egyptian Labor Law.
- Ensure all employees sign required policies and internal regulations.
- Maintain complete and organized employee files (physical and digital).
Attendance & Leave Management
- Track daily attendance and working hours.
- Manage annual, sick, emergency, and unpaid leave records.
- Prepare monthly attendance and absence reports for payroll.
Social Insurance
- Register new employees with the Social Insurance Authority.
- Update monthly salaries on the system.
- Handle termination procedures and remove employees from insurance.
- Follow up on changes (injuries, salary updates, new entries).
Payroll Support
- Provide accurate monthly data for payroll.
- Support the Finance department with payroll documentation.
Employee Relations
- Receive employee complaints and prepare preliminary investigation reports.
- Recommend appropriate actions to the HR Manager.
- Apply disciplinary actions as per company policy and Egyptian law.
- Support building a positive and professional work environment.
Training & Development
- Track employee training attendance.
- Assist in identifying annual training needs.
Legal Responsibilities :
Contracts & Legal Documents
- Draft and review legal documents including employment contracts, service contracts, NDAs, and agreements.
- Ensure all documents comply with Egyptian law.
Governmental Affairs
- Follow up with Labor Office, Social Insurance Office, Commercial Registry, Chamber of Commerce, and Tax Authority.
- Submit required forms, renewals, and official paperwork.
Disputes & Cases
- Prepare documents needed for external legal counsel.
- Follow up with lawyers on labor or commercial cases.
- Maintain proper documentation of all disputes and legal matters.
Compliance & Policies
- Review internal policies for legal accuracy.
- Ensure full compliance with company regulations and local laws.
- Stay updated on labor and social insurance law changes.
Offboarding & Termination
- Prepare resignation forms, warnings, and termination letters.
- Finalize social insurance removal.
- Support Finance with final settlements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
- Law graduates strongly preferred.
Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in HR and/or Legal within Egypt.
- Experience in social insurance and labor office procedures.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance.
- Contract drafting and legal writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS systems.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving abilities.
