Job description

Develop and align HR strategies with overall business goals.
Advise leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
Lead HR projects including restructures, policy updates, and change management initiatives.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, interviews, and onboarding.
Build a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs.
Promote a healthy and positive work environment.
Handle employee concerns and disciplinary procedures professionally.
Design and implement employee engagement programs.
Oversee the implementation of performance appraisals and KPIs.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development plans.
Drive career development and succession planning strategies.
Ensure HR practices comply with Kuwait Labor Law and company policies.
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS updates.
Manage compensation, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
