Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in recruitment (posting ads, pre-selection, scheduling interviews). 
  • Ensure the administrative follow-up of personnel (files, contracts, absences, holidays, certificates).
  • Contribute to payroll management and follow-up of timekeeping in coordination with the accounting department.
  • Participate in the integration and training of new employees.
  • Update HR dashboards (staff, turnover, holidays, etc.).
  • Support internal communication actions and the development of the social climate.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Work Psychology or equivalent.
  • Good command of office tools (Excel, Word) and ideally HR software.
  • Sense of confidentiality, rigor and organization.
  • Good listening and written/oral expression skills in French and Arabic.
  • Experience in hospitality or HR services is a plus.
