Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Participate in recruitment (posting ads, pre-selection, scheduling interviews).
- Ensure the administrative follow-up of personnel (files, contracts, absences, holidays, certificates).
- Contribute to payroll management and follow-up of timekeeping in coordination with the accounting department.
- Participate in the integration and training of new employees.
- Update HR dashboards (staff, turnover, holidays, etc.).
- Support internal communication actions and the development of the social climate.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma in Human Resources, Work Psychology or equivalent.
- Good command of office tools (Excel, Word) and ideally HR software.
- Sense of confidentiality, rigor and organization.
- Good listening and written/oral expression skills in French and Arabic.
- Experience in hospitality or HR services is a plus.
