Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities across the organization.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
Drive talent acquisition initiatives, workforce planning, and recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Manage performance management processes, employee development plans, and succession planning programs.
Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives to foster a positive and high-performance work environment.
Provide strategic HR support and guidance to management on organizational and people-related matters.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, and internal company policies.
Establish and monitor HR metrics, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Manage employee relations matters and provide effective solutions to workplace challenges.
Support organizational development initiatives and continuous improvement projects across the business.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
8 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the financial services or corporate sector.
Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives.
Strong expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee retention strategies.
Demonstrated experience in organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement programs.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices within the region.
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical, reporting, and decision-making capabilities with the ability to support business objectives through effective HR practices.
