Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
Ensure full compliance with UAE labor law and healthcare regulations.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems.
Support senior management with workforce planning and organizational development.
