Job Description

An HR Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the workforce and culture of an organization. They are responsible for overseeing the company's human resources functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and implementing HR policies that align with the organization's goals. The HR Manager serves as a bridge between management and employees, addressing employee-related issues, managing recruitment processes, and facilitating training and development programs. This role requires excellent communication, leadership skills, and an in-depth understanding of HR practices. The HR Manager also ensures that the workplace environment remains inclusive and productive, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent to the organization.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program to ensure competitive and fair employee compensation.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies to maintain legal standards.
  • Provide counsel and advice to managers and employees on personnel issues or concerns.
  • Identify, develop, and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits to remain competitive in the market.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective investigations.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to mediate and resolve issues.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and employment laws to ensure compliance.
  • Demonstrable leadership skills with a track record of effective team management.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills to drive business objectives.
  • Proficiency in HR software, including HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
