Job Title: HR Manager (100% Remote) Location: Remote Type: Full-time Reports to: Director
We are a diversified business Group based in Bahrain, having interests across various sectors – manufacturing, retail, transport & logistics, real estate etc. The opportunity is at a spin-off catering/ restaurant entity within the Group, operating for 10+ years, re-organized recently as an independent business unit with expansion plans into fine dining, gourmet coffee, bakery, industrial & event catering. As our Remote HR Manager, you won't just manage personnel, you will be the architect of our F&B journey. Are you passionate about building a thriving F&B culture from scratch? Can you handle chaos and stress of a F&B start-up with the financial and cross-functionality support of an established conglomerate Group?
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 7 to 10+ years of managerial HR experience in a restaurant group, with at least 2 years specifically managing industrial/ catering teams
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Mindset: You are a self-starter who thrives in high-autonomy environments and can build structure where none exists.
Tech-Savvy with Excellent Communication Skills
