Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role & responsibilities Manage overall administration and HR operations for project sites. Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Supervise camp operations, accommodation, catering, transportation, and logistics. Monitor payroll inputs, attendance, timesheets, and employee benefits administration. Coordinate visa, immigration, travel, and workforce mobilization activities. Manage vendors, procurement, and facility management services. Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE requirements, and labor regulations. Prepare operational, manpower, and management reports for senior leadership. Lead and coordinate large multicultural workforces and support project execution.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should demonstrated exp in industrial or construction environments, with proven expertise in HR operations including recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations, and compliance management.
