Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Participates in the formulation and implementation of the HR department plans to ensure alignment with Dallah s overall objectives and business plans.
Participates in the development of HR department policies, and procedures and ensures implementation of all relevant procedural/legislative requirements.
Manages the day-to-day operations of HR department by facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
Prepares the HR unit budget and ensures that the activity within this unit is implemented processed as per the assigned budget.
Manages the effective achievement of department objectives by setting individual targets, developing and motivating staff in order to maximize subordinate s performance.
Resolves issues escalated from team in order to ensure a prompt resolution and minimize disruptions to the workflow.
Supervises the provision of a full range of HR services to internal customers, following-up as necessary, to ensure employee satisfaction.
Reviews and approves the memos and e-mails to ensure transparent and effective communication with concerned parties.
Leads the delivery and development of HR services (trainings, manpower planning, recruitment, updating policies, etc.) to concerned parties.
Counsels line managers on how to handle personnel problems in order to improve overall business objectives and organizational performance.
Talent Acquisition & Management: Leading recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding to ensure staffing needs are met.
Strategic Planning: Collaborating with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and managing workforce planning.
Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Serving as a link between employees and management, handling grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring company policies comply with local, state, and federal laws (e.g., EEOC, FMLA, health and safety regulations).
HR Administration: Maintaining records, updating employee handbooks, and managing HR Information Systems (HRIS).
