Job Description

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive HR experience in a managerial role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proven ability to manage HR projects from conception to completion.
  • Experience in managing a team and developing HR professionals.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and inform decisions.
