Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager with a BSc in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification and over 15 years of relevant experience. The HR Manager will lead the HR department, develop and implement HR strategies, oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and ensure compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping a positive organizational culture and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition efforts.
Oversee employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.
Manage performance appraisal systems and professional development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment standards.
Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Handle complex employee relations issues and disciplinary actions.
Supervise HR team and coordinate with department heads.
Monitor HR metrics and generate reports for senior management.
Oversee compensation and benefits administration.
Promote a positive work environment and organizational culture.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master s preferred).
Minimum of 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Proven leadership and strategic planning skills.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance.
Experience with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
