Key Responsibilities & KPIs:
Drive and implement Organizational Development (OD) initiatives.
Design and conduct impactful training programs to build capability across teams.
Lead Talent Management and succession planning strategies.
Support Business Unit HR activities to align people strategies with business goals.
Manage Talent Acquisition to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
Selection Criteria:
MBA in HR/Business Administration with 10+ years of HR experience in the FMCG industry.
Proven expertise in OD, L&D, and HR strategy execution.
Strong command of Advanced Excel & PowerPoint for data-driven HR solutions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
