1) Workforce Planning & Recruitment

2) Onboarding & Training Coordination

5) HR Operations & Leadership

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business / related field

8–12+ years progressive HR experience, including 3–5 years managerial experience

Experience in manufacturing / industrial / oil & gas / construction environments

Strong knowledge of Omani Labour Law & HR compliance

Proven ability to handle high-volume hiring and start-up / fast-paced environment

English fluent + Arabic required (Chinese is a strong advantage
