Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive onboarding processes to ensure new hires feel welcomed and informed about company culture and policies.
- Manage employee records meticulously, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and accuracy in documentation.
- Facilitate employee training and development programs that align with organizational goals and individual career aspirations.

Desired Candidate Profile
