Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Drive a positive culture
- Recruiting: job postings, resume screening, interviews, hiring
- Induction - orientation
- Employee evaluations, Employee folders
- Prepare reports on HR metrics related to hiring, turnover, performance, and employee engagement
- CNSS forms
- Attendance tracking
- Employment contracts
- All HR related admin work
Working hours: Monday to Friday - 8 am to 4:30 pm
Our offices are located at Galaxy Center, Gallerie Semaan, Beirut.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree
- 5+ years experience in HR role
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience
- Lives in Beirut
