Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee records and update HR databases.
- Coordinate Onboarding programs for new employees.
- Organize and monitor training sessions and monthly HR reports.
- Support performance evaluation and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and Saudi labor regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- 1 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Female candidates are preferred.
