Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented HR Officer to join the AI Capital
team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing core HR operations, supporting
recruitment activities, and maintaining strong employee relations to help build a
structured and growth-driven workplace.

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.

Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies.

Ensure HR processes align with UAE labor law and statutory requirements.

Facilitate property viewings and open houses.

Support employees with HR-related inquiries and internal procedures.

Assist with payroll coordination, employee benefits, and leave management.

Prepare HR reports and support audits and management reviews.

Promote a positive, professional, and compliant work environment.

Minimum 4+ years of experience in an HR Officer or similar role.

Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 4+ years of experience in an HR Officer or similar role.
