Roles & Responsibilities

Administer and coordinate day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.

Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in HR databases and personnel files.

Assist in onboarding new hires, including preparing contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating integration into the company culture.

Coordinate employee training and development initiatives, tracking participation and evaluating program effectiveness.

Handle employee relations matters, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as necessary.

Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance, leave, and overtime data.

Ensure timely administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, leave management, and other welfare programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2-4 years of proven experience in an HR officer or generalist role.

Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for interacting with employees at all levels.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes.
