Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, shortlisting, interview coordination, and onboarding of new hires.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records for employees files.

- Assist in the preparation of employment contracts, appointment letters, and other HR and Admin related documents.

- Monitor and track employee attendance, leave balances, and overtime records and prepare the payroll properly.

- Assist in employee relations matters, including addressing employee concerns, disciplinary documentation, and counseling support.

- Support the implementation of HR policies, code of conduct, and company regulations to ensure compliance.

- Assist in preparing periodic HR reports such as headcount, turnover, and leave summaries.

- Handle employee benefits administration, including health insurance, allowances, and other entitlements.

- Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transportation for staff and visitors.

- Assist in preparing letters, memos, and official correspondence for HR and Admin company requirements.

- Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor s degree in human resource management or business administration.

2. A maximum of three years of relevant experience.

Excellent communication skills:

- Time Management and multitasking

- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism

- Microsoft Office skills
