Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with basic HR administrative tasks and daily operations.
  • Support in organizing and maintaining employee files and records.
  • Help with data entry and updating information in HR systems.
  • Assist in tracking attendance, leaves, and simple reports.
  • Support onboarding activities for new employees (documents, coordination).
  • Help coordinate internal communications and simple HR requests.
  • Participate in HR activities and team initiatives.
  • Provide general support to the HR team as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

Recent graduate with a Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
