Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic HR administrative tasks and daily operations.
- Support in organizing and maintaining employee files and records.
- Help with data entry and updating information in HR systems.
- Assist in tracking attendance, leaves, and simple reports.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees (documents, coordination).
- Help coordinate internal communications and simple HR requests.
- Participate in HR activities and team initiatives.
- Provide general support to the HR team as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Recent graduate with a Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
