Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Support key HR initiatives including job leveling, workforce planning, organizational design, and position management
2. Generate and analyze HR and business-related reports
3. Interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights to leadership
4. Manage and improve employee data systems and structures
- Manage and maintain employee data integrity within HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
 - Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation, system access, and new hire orientation, to ensure a smooth employee experience.
 - Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, addressing employee inquiries and resolving issues.
 - Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR policies, procedures, and benefits, offering prompt and helpful responses.
 - Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with company goals and legal requirements.
 - Conduct HR audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, identifying and addressing any discrepancies.
 - Prepare HR-related reports and analyses, using data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
 - Support recruitment efforts by assisting with job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews, contributing to the hiring process.
 - Maintain employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data privacy regulations, safeguarding sensitive information.
 
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Strong analytical and Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, visualizations)
2. Experience generating and interpreting HR or business reports
3. Familiarity or interest in HR systems, org charts, and position management
4. A proactive, curious, and detail-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
 - Possess at least 2 years of experience in HR operations, demonstrating a solid understanding of HR processes.
 - Demonstrates strong proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), handling HR data effectively.
 - Holds relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR, indicating a commitment to HR best practices.
 - Exhibits strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel or similar tools.
 - Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective interaction with employees at all levels.
 - Exhibits strong problem-solving skills, able to identify issues, analyze options, and implement effective solutions.
 - Proficient in English, demonstrating both written and verbal fluency, ensuring effective communication within the team.
