Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

The HR Specialist - Operations plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR functions of the hotel. This role ensures smooth HR operations by coordinating administrative processes, employee relations, payroll support, and compliance with company standards and labor regulations.

Key Accountabilities

Policies, Systems, Processes, & Procedures:

Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures, and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.

Day-to-day Operations:

Ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes, and procedures.

Ensure the registration and user activation for all employees in the ERP system, also complete the employment E-folders with all required documents.

Execute Personnel Employee Relations services by responding to all requests and providing the required actions

Prepare the plan and scheduling in the right period for the Annual air tickets, business trip tickets, and all required documents, such as but not limited to visas, to be completed based on different occasions.

Act as Accommodation manager to fulfill all the services needed, and ensure the visit logs and actions required.

Handle the company vehicles and transportation services such as not limited to Insurance, MVPI, Maintenance, Vehicle GPS, and Naft Control.

Manage and control all types of telecommunication.

Control all related employees' Custody and ensure the record in their E- -folders.

Manage and maintain the office facilities services and operations such as not limited to (Stationary Kitchen Cleaning)

Petty cash control

Execute the plan for the Company's Well-being of operations implementation.

Handle the courier register and follow-up (DHL).

Monitoring staff attendance and follow-up to get feedback based on cases and ensure shifts are prepared by the department and shared prior to implementation.

Handle all travel requests and make sure it is in line with the company policy.

Continuous Improvement:

Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices taking into account international best practice , improvement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.

Reporting: Prepare reports timely and accurately to meet Hadya and human resource department requirements, policies, and standards.

Health, Safety, & Environment:

Monitor the adherence to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude.

Related Assignments:

Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
