Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Payroll Management:

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including the preparation of payroll components (attendance, commissions, overtime, deductions, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax legislation, and company policies.
  • Reconcile payroll with Finance and support in monthly reporting.
  • Address employee payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Stay updated on regulatory and legislative changes impacting payroll.

HR & Administrative Support:

  • Manage employee data and ensure its accuracy in HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Prepare, deliver, and archive administrative documents related to employment (contracts, certificates, etc.).
  • Support audits and reporting requirements related to HR and payroll.
  • Contribute to HR administrative tasks such as onboarding, contracts, and employee file management.
  • Participate in and/or support other administrative tasks such as contract follow-up, CNSS declarations, administrative documents, restaurant tickets, and similar activities.
  • Participate in projects to improve payroll and HR processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

u>Requirements & Qualifications/u>

  • Solid knowledge of payroll systems and labor/tax regulations.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll is required.
  • Good command of HRIS and payroll software.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting).
  • Basic accounting and reconciliation skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
  • Team spirit with the ability to work independently when needed.
