Job Opening: HR & Payroll Techno Functional Consultant:

Lamprell is seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Techno Functional Consultant to join our team in Chennai. This role is pivotal in studying, documenting, and implementing optimized processes for our HR and Payroll departments, ensuring our systems are sustainable, cost-effective, and aligned with business needs.


  1. Process Analysis: Conduct methodical investigations and reviews of all HR and Payroll processes and data structures.


  2. System Implementation: Design, develop, and document target processes and systems, including both in-house and third-party applications.


  3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate sessions with business units to define requirements and obtain sign-offs on process documents.


  4. Technical Specification: Create viable specifications and acceptance criteria for information and communication systems.


  5. System Support: Provide effective user support, manage change processes, and conduct cross-functional training across the organization.


  6. Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation for all applications, configuration options, and business process flows.


Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Education: Post Graduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or Business Administration.

  2. Experience: * Minimum 4 years implementing Oracle HR & Payroll.

    At least 2 full life cycle implementations of Oracle HR & Payroll modules.

    At least 1 year supporting and enhancing ERP systems.

  3. Technical Skills: * Hands-on experience with Oracle development tools (functions, procedures, forms, and reports).

    Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Visio, Excel, etc.).

    Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Oracle, Qlik) is preferred.

  4. Certifications (Preferred/Desirable): * PRINCE2 Foundation or ITIL v3 Foundation.

    Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate or Professional.

  5. Competencies: Strong analytical skills to resolve complex problems and excellent communication skills in English
