Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities, interview scheduling, onboarding, and employee mobilization in line with approved workforce plans.
- Support phased workforce mobilization aligned with activation milestones, organizational priorities, and operational readiness requirements.
- Maintain employee records, organization data, manpower tracking, and HR documentation with strong controls and accuracy.
- Coordinate employee lifecycle administration including onboarding, transfers, role changes, and exits.
- Act as the primary HR operations focal point for employees and managers on day-to-day workforce administration matters.
- Coordinate with centralized HR functions during incubation, activation, and early operating phases to ensure smooth delivery of HR services.
- Support position management, organization structure updates, workforce reporting, and approved headcount tracking.
- Support implementation of performance management, employee engagement, training, and people initiatives at asset level.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance tracking, leave administration, and employee services processes with relevant support teams.
- Prepare HR operational reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for leadership review.
- Support employee communication and change management initiatives during activation and organizational ramp-up.
- Coordinate employee requests, HR operational escalations, and service follow-up actions.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, governance requirements, and document retention standards.
- Support implementation of Saudization and workforce localization requirements.
- Contribute to a positive employee experience by ensuring timely, well-coordinated, and accurate HR operations support.

Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4 6 years of HR operations, people administration, or workforce coordination experience.
- Experience in lean organizations, activation-stage assets, hospitality, entertainment, or other operational environments preferred.
